The Preliminary Grand List was filed on May 30th for the 2024-25 tax year.
Beginning June 14, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. the Assessor will meet at the Town Offices to hear appeals of the taxpayers aggrieved by actions of the Assessor. All grievances must be made in writing, with a brief description of the basis of the appeal, and received by or before June 14, 2024 at 4:30. All filed grievances should include a telephone number and email address so that an appointments may be made for grievance meetings.
At the close of the grievance meetings, the Assessor will make such corrections in the abstract as are determined to be justified and appropriate.
Unless cause is shown to the contrary, the contents of said abstract shall become the Grand List for the 2024-25 tax year for the Town of Manchester.
