RFP for Weatherization/Insulation

The Town of Manchester, Vermont is seeking respondents to a Request for Proposals from qualified contractors to complete eave edge weatherization/insulation in the Town Hall building located on Jeff Williams Way, Manchester Center, VT 05255. Please see the document attached below for details.

Bid responses from firms or individuals are due no later than Friday, April 10, 2026 at noon.
