Skinner Point Park

Skinner Point Park is named for prominent Manchester residents Richard Skinner (1778 to 1833, ninth Governor of Vermont) and Mark Skinner (1813 to 1887, Congressman). The Park is located at the intersection of Depot Street and Center Hill Road. The Park, constructed in 2021 and 2022 through a Boy Scout Eagle Scout Project and a partnership with Green Mountain Power, serves as a socialization space in the heart of downtown Manchester and includes benches for sitting and resting.
