Swim Lessons

2026 Swim Lesson registration opens on May 1st for Manchester residents and May 8th for non-residents.

The Manchester Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to offer swim lesson sessions Monday through Thursday from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm starting on June 22nd. Each session is comprised of 8 lessons over the course of two weeks utilizing Fridays as a potential makeup day from cancellations due to weather or swim team meets. All lessons are under the direction of the Water Safety Instructor and are 30 minutes in length. 

Price

  • $50 per Session for Residents of Manchester
  • $65 per Session for Non-Residents

Swim Lesson Session Schedule

  • Session #1: June 22nd to July 2nd
  • Session #2: July 6th to July 16th
  • Session #3: July 20th to July 30th

Swim Lesson Levels

  • Parent & Child: 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM
  • Pre-School: 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM
  • Level 1: 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM
  • Level 2: 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM
  • Level 3: 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM
  • Level 4: 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM

Saturday Swim Lessons
The Manchester Parks and Recreation Department also offers Saturday Swim Lessons starting June 20th and running each Saturday until August 8th.

    • Parent & Child: 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM
    • Pre-School: 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM
    • Level 1: 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM
    • Level 2: 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM
    • Level 3: 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM
    • Level 4: 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM
