Pocketalk Translator for use in the Clerk's Office!

The Manchester Town Clerk’s Office is introducing a new technology intended to bridge language gaps!

Our handheld Pocketalk translator provides two-way voice translation in real time, with both written and verbal translations available. Over 92 languages are supported*, and the service is compliant with both HIPAA and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

We are here to serve all of our constituents, and we hope that this technology will help to make our office more accessible.
