ONLINE LAND USE PERMIT APPLICATION FORMS

Apply for an application online:  

The Town of Manchester, VT has begun using Cloudpermit, cloud-based software, where you can complete the entire application process online on any mobile device. With Cloud permit, today we are registering temporary signs only, Ultimately in the near future you will be able to:   

•          Apply for applications at any time, from anywhere. 
•          Check the status of your application (when your application status changes, you’ll automatically receive an email letting you know) 
•          Communicate with the department with time-stamped messages. 
•          Pay for your application with a credit card         
•         (Physical permit applications and payment is still available for the public to use and follows the same process)

How to get started:  

To start, create your Cloud permit account visiting by  

https://us.cloudpermit.com/login or Once registered, you can apply for building permits and track their progress online.
