The Town has formed a housing task force to explore a range of affordable housing options in a variety of sites, plan the development of those sites with qualified experts, and drive the development of viable selected sites until they are shovel-ready.

The task force will be accountable to the Town’s Selectboard, so all meetings will be open to the public along with official proceedings of those meetings. A large part of the task force’s work will be to work with state organizations like the Vermont Housing Finance Agency to understand and access programs to help fund development of selected projects.
