Minutes

Kilburn moved, seconded by Zoller, to approve the minutes from November 18, 2009 and December 17, 2009. Motion carried 3-0.

Town Meeting Warning

Kilburn moved, seconded by Zoller, to request that the Selectboard warn an Article on the upcoming Town Meeting Warning relative to bonding for a water line improvement project on Williams, Dillingham and Franklin and a water line improvement project on Highland Avenue. Motion carried 3-0.

Water Department Investments

Woodard handed out a spreadsheet that detailed the Department's investments. She stated that last year the Department lost $63,200, but this year the Department gained back about 75% of losses. The Board discussed the spreadsheet with Woodard and O'Keefe.

Water Board Bill Appeal

Sheldon updated the Board on a pending water bill appeal by Dennis Kinsella. Kilburn, O'Keefe and Sheldon agree to meet in the near future.

Pending Issues

The Board discussed the pending issue of plastic vs. metal for water mains.

FY 2011 Budget

After a brief discussion, Kilburn moved, seconded by Zoller, to approve the FY 2011 Budget as submitted to the Board on January 12, 2010. Motion carried 3-0.
