Boards and Commissions for the Town of Manchester are comprised of citizen volunteers who help to make our Town a better place.
The Selectboard Committee on Board and Commission Appointments normally interviews interested candidates in May. The Selectboard typically makes appointments in June before July 1. Legal residents from the Town of Manchester (including Village of Manchester) are eligible for appointment. Burr and Burton Academy students residing in the Town and Village of Manchester are also encouraged to apply for student positions on the Town Boards and Commissions.

Student applications should be submitted to Ms. Lani Lovisa, Service Learning Coordinator at Burr and Burton Academy.
